Large project. Owner-side integrated PMT role through an international PMC. EPC administration, change, claims, procurement, cost/schedule interfaces and brownfield execution.
Mega project. Owner PMC/PMT contracts and procurement leadership across facilities, pipelines, utilities, materials and multiple construction packages.
Mega project. Directly within the Owner's project commercial team, supporting EPCM interfaces, procurement, subcontracting, commercial controls and execution in an operating complex.
Major / mega-project environment. Senior contracts management for the main EPC contractor, including upstream owner obligations, downstream subcontractors, claims, project controls and commercial risk.
Directly for a major international EPC contractor, leading forensic and quantum work across multiple large and mega projects with an aggregate portfolio exceeding US$15bn.
Independent owner-side review of contractor claims, delay, disruption, sequencing, cost exposure, counterclaims, recovery opportunities and negotiated settlements.
Additional work across power generation, offshore/marine facilities, jetties, coal handling, pipelines, utilities, process plant and heavy civil construction.
Hands-on work with procurement, materials, project accounting, cashflow, cost control, productivity, progress measurement, site records, KPIs and forecasting.
Claims work from routine commercial matters through disputes exceeding US$1bn, including delay, disruption, productivity, quantum, counterclaims, adjudication and arbitration support.
Large project: generally above US$500m. Mega project: generally above US$2bn. Certain portfolio/project environments extend to approximately US$15bn.
